Issue:
I cannot Reply-to or Forward an email within the Spectrum Email Web Access tool.
As soon as I click the "Reply-To" or "Forward" button, the email form disappears.
Resolution:
This behavior is most often times caused by a Pop-Up Blocker. Add the Spectrum Email Web Access address (*.SpectrumControl.com) to your Pop-Up Blocker's Exception list.
Microsoft's Internet Explorer Version 6 Service Pack 2 and up include a Pop-Up Blocker. Below are the steps necessary to add Spectrum's Email Web Access as an Exception to Internet Explorer's Pop-Up Exception list.
 
  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. If your version of Internet Explorer includes a Pop-Up Blocker, you will find a Pop-Up Blocker menu item within the Tools menu.
  3. Click Pop-Up Blocker Settings... from the Pop-Up Blocker menu item within the Tools menu.

  4. Enter the address of the Spectrum Email Web Access tool, (*.SpectrumControl.com), and Click Add

  5. Click OK and test the Spectrum Email Web Access Reply and Forward buttons.
 
If you have added the Spectrum Email Web Access address to the Internet Explorer Pop-Up Bocker Exception list and you still cannot Reply or Forward an email, you may have a third-party Pop-Up Blocker installed.
Add the above Web Access address as an exception within your third-party Pop-Up Blocker or enter a Support Ticket or contact the Webmaster.
