| Microsoft's Internet Explorer Version 6 Service Pack 2 and up include a Pop-Up Blocker. Below are the steps necessary to add Spectrum's Email Web Access as an Exception to Internet Explorer's Pop-Up Exception list. |

- Open Internet Explorer
- If your version of Internet Explorer includes a Pop-Up Blocker, you will find a Pop-Up Blocker menu item within the Tools menu.
- Click Pop-Up Blocker Settings... from the Pop-Up Blocker menu item within the Tools menu.

- Enter the address of the Spectrum Email Web Access tool, (*.SpectrumControl.com), and Click Add

- Click OK and test the Spectrum Email Web Access Reply and Forward buttons.

| If you have added the Spectrum Email Web Access address to the Internet Explorer Pop-Up Bocker Exception list and you still cannot Reply or Forward an email, you may have a third-party Pop-Up Blocker installed. |
| Add the above Web Access address as an exception within your third-party Pop-Up Blocker or enter a Support Ticket or contact the Webmaster. |
